B Vitamins aren't making urine yellow Recently I have been using the dilution method whenever I visit some counseling sessions just in case they do a urinalysis. I am currently under the impression that B vitamins make your urine yellow, so that the testers won't think I have been diluting. However, each time I dilute I drink approxamitely two gallons of water before and take one B6 (100 mg) vitamin, one B1 (100mg) vitamin, and one B complex (? mg) vitamin an hour and thirty minutes before my session.
