    Depends are you using it as the soil-less mix or not. If you are using it as a soil-less mix then you are growing hydroponics right?

    How you grow and water will tell you what the proper Ph range is. 6.0-6.8 is safe to start unless you are going full hydro then 5.5 6.0.
