i can't remember the exact wording, but it is lightly tollerated, as in, you may talk about things other than cannabis, but if the admin/mods see it 'unfit' (i'm sure they're not going to be TOO hard on it) it will be removed, ask your questions or tell your stories, but don't get mad if you find it's gone tommorow.

another point i would like to point out, half the 'bitchers' aren't even cafe members, so wtf? the way i see it, only and i mean ONLY the people that pay or have paid money to this site DIRECTLY (the links often on it, obviously do not count, even if they take a certain percentage of the money because they are afterall, the ones that brought said site the buisness) are the only ones who really have anything to complain about, when it comes to this whole issue, they are paying for something, and it is being changed, perhaps they only paid for that part, therefore giving them a reason to complain, for the rest, suck it up and deal with it.
