yeah those plants are close to being rootbound so i would reccomend moving up to atleast a 10 inch pot.. and about the yellowing (i could be wrong) but it might be nitrogen def... so just up their nitrogen a little bit and it should be fine..

Be patient.
The males will show themselves.
But you'll end up with about half males and half females.
This is normal.
Transplant those into some bigger pots.
And from the looks of things.
The damage looks normal.
Leaves dying.
Ussually arent getting enough light.
So the plant uses it's nutes and it dies.

Thanks guys for the advice! :smokin:
Jdogg - How many lumens should be generated per square foot? I read somewhere 2,000 - 3,000 per square feet is ok for growing. I should have somewhere in between there with the amount of lights I have.
The plants picked up a lot today and are looking much healthier. But I am still not seeing a whole lot of new growth at the nodes, while the buds are starting to get more and more white hairs...if this isn't due to the light could it be rootlock? And will the plants be stressed alot if I transplant them now? It would be the second time already and I have them a week into flowering.
Can any precautions be made while transplanting so as not to stress the plants further?
Thanks! :smokin:

OK, I go by a simple rule.
50 watts per sq. foot at least.
So if you have a 400 watt light.
Thats a 2 by 2 foot area to grow in.
So just use this formula for your floro's.
The temp should be fine.
Might be root bound causing your leaves to do that.
You got a ph meter, right?
OK transplanting a flowering plant.
In my opinion there is only one way to do this.
And it inclueds cutting the pots they are in now.
You cut the bottom off.
Trying not to cut the roots too much.
A little is fine.
And could actually help root faster.
So cut of the bottom and set on top of a new pot full of nice new soil.
The roots will stretch into any space provided to them.

OK,it's probably root bound then.
Or over watered maybe.

I wouldn't worry about the undergrowth foliage looking less healthy. The canopy of the plant will usually look healthier and luxuriant. a lot of growers prune to get more light to the undergrowth, or use light that is mounted on the sides of plants, so that light reaches them horizontally, or just harvest the ripe buds and allow light to reach the lower portions and let them bud

But I think it will get better now because I transplanted them.
Yesterday whenI transplanted them the roots were bunched right up at the bottom, so hopefully they will have more room to grow out now.
