Jdogg - How many lumens should be generated per square foot? I read somewhere 2,000 - 3,000 per square feet is ok for growing. I should have somewhere in between there with the amount of lights I have.

The plants picked up a lot today and are looking much healthier. But I am still not seeing a whole lot of new growth at the nodes, while the buds are starting to get more and more white hairs...if this isn't due to the light could it be rootlock? And will the plants be stressed alot if I transplant them now? It would be the second time already and I have them a week into flowering.

Can any precautions be made while transplanting so as not to stress the plants further?
