A question about your lights though , on your first post you said" 7--90 cm. Phillips Fl. lights. (Veg. 6100K, 2175 lumens, 30 watt)

(Flowering--2900K, 2175 lumens, 30 watt)---for flowering I plan on using 5 2900K
Are these just ordinary fluros from a hardware store,or special garden ones?

In a hardware store all i see are fluros with "white" on the packet nothing about spectrum etc.
Hey Kully! :smokin:

Glad you found my little experiment interesting. I really learned alot from this grow. Granted, I only yielded about 4 oz. , but the experience was invaluable, and I managed to keep it cheap from the get go before I move on in the weed growing world. I am hoping to get an HPS soon!

I think my plants would have done a lot better if they would have been grown in the box from the start. They wouldn't have been so stretched.

To answer your question, I just bought regular Phillip's Fl tubes. It usually says the kind of light on the box, at least all of the Fl light boxes I see around here have it. You just have to look carefully for all the specs. It's written kind of small on the box. OR you can take out the tube and look at the end, should say something like, "WW 2900K, 2175 L".
