alright i need to light a 32 inch tall by 20 inch wide by 10 inch deep cab, i have 40 bucks to spend on lighting, can it be done?

ive thought of maybe a 70 watt HPS 30$ then buy a 3 pack of 20 watt CFLS with the remaining ten for a total of 130 watts. will this be enough? i need to flower one or maybe 2 plants using the scrog method. This would give me the full array of the light spectrum that mj like anyway.

Second choice i found 20-13 watt CFLs on ebay for 20 bucks buy it now shipped. i found a way to do a bowl scrog and make a light rack in a bowl shape also that i can almost fit all 20 in given the dimensions i found on the internet for the bulbs. But im aware when at low wattage CFLS watt to lumen ratio is very in-efficient.

third choice. 1-105 watt envirolite style CFL then when i can afford to throw another couple bucks in buy the 3 pack of 20 watters for flowering.
but im also aware CFLS do not pack penetration compared to even low watt HIDS LIKE THE 70 WATT hps so im convinced with my lst work and bushy strain im grow CFLs alone wont penetrate my canapy enough to get the yeild im looking for of 1 oz or close to.

fourth choice i put em outside haha. but id really like to keep a babey inside this summer to dip my hands in the bucket of advanced training methods like supercroppin fiming lst and topping.


ive never needed over 80-90 watts because ive used small cabs for previous grows (speakers mostly) and im stepping it up a little bit with almost 2 times the size and im lost haha, i need sufficient light so i thought id consult yall before i made a purchase.
