yes it is retarted if your phone can play your music to have an ipod but my phone doesn't play my music sorry but I saved up for months to get my i-pod (which is before video)and I've had it for awhile which is why when I got my new phone i got the cheap $100 instead of the $1,000 version

CONS

TRIED RIPPING YOU GUYS OFF WITH BATTERY CHARGES I can't answer this yet I need to research it some more.
not-scratch resistant
screen failure (multiple problems)screen never failed
screen shatter (screen appears to shatter from any minor shock) the # of times it flew across my car at 70 mph the screen should be shattered it isn't
