The laws have now changed. you know when u went overdrawn and your bank would charge you £30? now it legaly limited to £12 and u can claim back the rest from each £30 pound charge from the last 6 years!!!! 100% true i called my bank today and asked for my charge list from the last 6 years and apparently im not the only one who's come to know this.........trust me the banks are feeling it. Funnily enough, I owe my bank 1350 for an unauthorised overdraft and when I phoned Westcott to pay my monthly 30 pounds, they said they will reduce it to 900 if I can pay the full wack in one go, so the rest must be interest?

This is great news for me, I may be rich soon
