My father and I are going on a road trip starting tomorrow at 7am and ending on july 4th. We are going to San Antonio, TX, Pagosa Springs CO, Taos, NM, and possibly Mexico if i can talk him into it. Ill try and post from these places. We are traveling down there in a Saturn L300 with a turbo and brand new hi flo air filter (gets 350 HP and 25 mpg) but we are planning on renting dirt bikes, quads, and off road trucks and goin out into the desert. he used to always be stationed out there (was career military man... enlisted to Colonel,) and he keeps raving about how great the scenery and desert really is. We are camping, along with stayin in friends timeshares (thank you, rich people.) I will write a journal thing on the way and post it here. This shit is gonna be great... male bonding. i always liked my dad... he really doesnt care if i blaze, he knows its the only thing that calms me down with out shitty side effects (i.e. side effects from methamphetamine based product like Concerta or Adderall, and dopamine producers such as Strattera) and he says as long as i get good grades hes cool with it. so this should be quite an experience. i am taking a break from packing to write this... and i hope it goes well. Anyone live down there or have visited? i hope this shit will be fun... he used to go to Nellis AFB in Vegas and Groom Lake facility all the time (that shit is top secret) now he is retired and works for a CIA security consultant (more top secret shit) giving people temporary clearance based upon interviews and shit. meaning, basically, he is free whenever he wants to be. im kind of high right now btw. i hope this shit goes well. anyone live down there?
