US Medical Cards

I had these posted over at another site I'm at. There are a couple of more, but do not have direct links to MJ card applications. But thought a few members here would have some use out of them. I thought it make it easier for everyone to have them in a list.

United states note:
United States Federal Government Laws still override the states laws regarding Medical Marijuana. Even though in the state with legal medical marijuana. It is still illegal in terms of the Federal Government.
