I tend to over-think things on occasion, too. It might be a medical issue in your case. If not, I suggest trying out some things that have been on your "to-do" list for a while. Call up an old friend, take a trip somewhere, do a random act of kindness that brightens up someone's day.

Most of all, don't think yourself to death in a negative way. We all make mistakes, and we're not always proud of where the paths we've taken in life have brought us. Depending on how you view your situation, you can empower yourself to view every conflict you have as a lesson. The farther down the road you can see, the more steps you can take to put yourself at an advantage.

And never be afraid to act if something feels right in your gut. Sometimes the worst thing we can do to ourselves is hold back when it feels so right. It eats you up inside.
