That sounds like some sort of anxiety disorder. Myself, I have obsessive compulsive disorder, I've had it since like 1st grade, but I barely notice it anymore. I feel the same way a lot of the time, paranoid and depressed. You just have to look at the bright things. Your health has a lot to do with it. Eat right(at least somewhat, it's hard these days) and exercise and you'll feel better.
