Need serious comments only pleaseee
Hey guys, recently I have been feeling like I am not my self. I know everyone has problems in there life that they beat. I have a problem that I cannot and I need help. My problem is I think way to much, I can think my self into emotions wich is NOT good for me. When I was a youngster I imprinted in my head, THINK before ACT. Since then I have done nothing but think, and I think it has FINALLY took a toll. I think so much and have thought so much about situations Im in, pressure, getting sick and what not. What made me desire to make this thread was sitting here and almost thinking to my self to a point where I wanted to puke, but for NO reason whatso ever was there anything around to make me puke, its all in my mind and I want it to stop so bad. There's so much pain here, if I think of a bad situation that Im in at my home or anything, I cannot relax, but 10 minuters later I can chill, 15 minutes later I feel sick, 15 minutes later I cant relax and this is not cool. Does anyone else have this problem or have any thing I can do to try and help me. Please this is serious and I only want some serious replys, Im thinking to highly upon my life anymore.

Im not a professional, but it sounds like you might have Hypochondria, or something similar. Go see a GP about it.
Whats with all the people feeling down lately? Is it something in the smoke?

I wont puke but its the feelings man ... It's all in my head and my feelings/emotions change so fast. Whats Hypochondria, I will do some searching on it and ask my doctor about it.

Well, it sounds like you have something similar to hypochondria. HypoC (cant be arsed to spell the whole damn thing all the time) is when - for example - you have a headache, and you think youve got a brain tumor. You start coughing, you think youve got Bird Flu. You get a broken leg, you think youve got gangrene etc etc.
HypoC is the closest thing I can think of that youve got. It sounds like ittl be able to be sorted out with a little bit of therapy each week anyway, so hopefully no nasty tablets to swallow each day.

I live in the land of free health coverage. Canada. Well I got this far by you guys, if I didnt I would be sitting here now without an answer to my problems.

That sounds like some sort of anxiety disorder. Myself, I have obsessive compulsive disorder, I've had it since like 1st grade, but I barely notice it anymore. I feel the same way a lot of the time, paranoid and depressed. You just have to look at the bright things. Your health has a lot to do with it. Eat right(at least somewhat, it's hard these days) and exercise and you'll feel better.

I tend to over-think things on occasion, too. It might be a medical issue in your case. If not, I suggest trying out some things that have been on your "to-do" list for a while. Call up an old friend, take a trip somewhere, do a random act of kindness that brightens up someone's day.
Most of all, don't think yourself to death in a negative way. We all make mistakes, and we're not always proud of where the paths we've taken in life have brought us. Depending on how you view your situation, you can empower yourself to view every conflict you have as a lesson. The farther down the road you can see, the more steps you can take to put yourself at an advantage.
And never be afraid to act if something feels right in your gut. Sometimes the worst thing we can do to ourselves is hold back when it feels so right. It eats you up inside.
