no, it would be less potent for sure because back in the '70s the bud that the hippies were smoking was like at the most 1 percent THC, and now days there are some kinds of bud that a 20 percent THC.

marijuana was doing real poor effects if we go back in time. in the 60's u needed to smoke like 2 joint to get a high. now you take 4-5 hits ans your stoned. all this because of research and mixed strains.
