You want it to be watertight and a bit heat resistant so try Pratley putty or whatever equivalent you got down there.

i guess pretty much everyone assumed you were talking about crack-cocaine as i did as well lol.. and since it's right on the mouthpeice, you could superglue it, since there won't be any risk of you burning the glue and inhaling toxic smoke, atleast what i can see from the pic, either you took a crappy pic or my computer just isn't showing it right, but it's really really really blurry, to a point where if you hadn't told me what was in the pic, i wouldn't have ever guessed, even given the fact this is a cannabis website.
