Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on 06-21-2006. newb plannin on smoking for first time, few ?'s I plan to smoke for the first time this weekend and i've heard alot of stories about people having panic attacks how common are they? is there a way to prevent a panic attack? what should i expect for the first time? Also how much should i smoke for the first time if i'm smoking a bowl? any help is appreciated, thanks! Rating: 5
