I have heard it go both ways. People who donâ??t get high their first time and those that do. I would say two real good tokes will do you or at least give it 5 or 10 minutes to see where you are before you hit it again.


As far a panic attacks go. I do get panic attacks sometimes when I smoke and Iâ??m not someone who is a nervous or panic type of person. I had never had panic attacks before so I didnâ??t know I was having one which only made my attacks worse because it was freaking me out. Anyone who has ever had one will tell you they are NOT fun. I found an effective way to deal with them though once I figured out what was going on. All of mine would happen in public like a bar or some place like that. Tell yourself that you are having a panic attack and that you are OK and that there is no logical reason to worry. For me just confirming to myself what was happening to my body goes a long way to stopping the attack. If I feel like I need to focus on something I put my finger on my pulse and take a few deep breaths and reconfirm in my own mind that Iâ??m OK. The only time my attacks spun out of control is when I didnâ??t know what was happening to me.

Donâ??t confuse panic attacks with paranoiaâ?¦â?¦the paranoia you will just have to live with but itâ??s not that bad. Panic attacks feel just like the nameâ?¦..sheer panicâ?¦your heart jumps like you just watched your child fall down a flight of stairs.
