I'm 20 and I smoke the pot. We don't have to bring age into this, I don't think.. Smoked it since I was 13. I think the type of person you are is more important hat your age, when it comes to this. dumbasses are dumbasses, you know? Pot can only amplify that, not force it to happen, imo

The only thing I think you should watch out for, assuming you actually get real high on your first time, is that your heart can feel a little funny, but, it wont blow up. Its probably going to beat kinda fast. Make sure you take decent sized hits. I didn't get high my first time, and I pretty much attribute that to the possibility that i probably didn't take adequite hits. Its gonna burn. You'll want to cough... and cough you certainly will... Just take big hits and inhale deep. Try to keep the smoke held down for a few seconds before you cough... Be someplace safe, you probably don't expect how bad the paranoia can get, since you don't have experience with being high, yet.

Be ready for teh red eyes. Don't walk up to strangers or people you know for a while after you get baked, they'll definately notice your eyes being different... Most of them know that the type of redeye you will have is probably from you doing drugs. Carry some visene or other eyedrops that get rid of redeyes... Don't overdo it on the drops, if you over do it, they sometimes don't work or make your eyes look even more fucked up! One or two per eye at the most.

Hrmmm... Again, i stress being somewhere where you feel very, very safe. Almost untouchable. The first time you feel the paranoia can be kinda intense. Hopefully you get high enough that it doesn't bother you, but, definately expect it and kinda set yourself to not let it freak you out. Uh... make sure you take all the seeds out of the pot if the pot has seeds. Seeds can blow up, literally, and hit you in the face or eyes, or ruin the bowl/joint... That's bad news... uh... bring a snack and a drink or something... dunno... I guess that's about all I can say. Oh and don't flame nuke the pot... Just tap it with the fire lightly until you see its good and lit, your bowl will last longer in most cases.
