Its simple. In my experience just:

1. Dont do it on your own untill you know the feeling of it cos you can freak out like you think your going mad.
2. If you think your going mad just remember it a grug and it wares off. Just sit chill and distract yourself.
3. Liten to music. I find music is an amazing thing when high you will see what I mean soon enough.
