Just make sure you are around people you trust, and a place you feel safe. Panic attacks totally depend on the person and their state of mind, so if your nervous already chances are you'll just get more nervous. Just make sure you are relaxed and in a good mood.

As for how much to smoke, its all up to you, for a first timer I would suggest smoking until you get a nice buzz, and then from there smoke until you are where you want to be.

The idea is just to enjoy your high, relax, kick back watch a movie, etc.
