newb plannin on smoking for first time, few ?'s

everyone is gonna be different, my first time i was 12 and my cousin was hitting a revese gravity bong, its a canadian thing, anyways i was higher then all hell, but sometimes some ppl dont get stoned

I got a bad panic attack the first time I smoked. I thaught I was dying. My mistakes were:

smoking with someone I didn't really trust at someones house who I didn't really know.

Smoking a whole LOT because nobody told me to take it slow and wait after a few hits for the pot to start working.

Not eating or drinking anything to help me come down. If you have panicky-ness, eat something.

my advice is don't smoke with a huge group of people at a party or anything, all the people around you might make you paranoid. also make sure you don't smoke too much, take a few hits, wait 5 minutes and see how your feeling; if your not high or high enough then do a couple more. you should be fine and have fun

I plan to smoke for the first time this weekend and i've heard alot of stories about people having panic attacks how common are they? is there a way to prevent a panic attack? what should i expect for the first time? Also how much should i smoke for the first time if i'm smoking a bowl?

Never heard of that happening. Just don't smoke too much your first time. Take it easy, be with good people, find your limits your way. If you don't want to smoke again for a bit don't be pressured into ( in fact don't smoke with any tool who would even do that). For some of the best info on cannabis go to

i had one but it is because i smoked entirely too much
i smoked six grams in a day of some fire...
and after i put in eyedrops this one kid told me that those were 'cid
and im like FUUUUCKK i gotta go home soon

I don't think you'll be likely to have a panic attack. I've never known anyone to have one, and I know quite a few people who smoke. If you do find yourself feeling anxious, try putting a film on to distract you and get some food as well.

The first time I smoked I got a little bit high. I didn't smoke too much though, because it was a friend's stuff we were smoking. I didn't feel any bad effects; possibly because we didn't smoke that much, possibly because I was with friends, but probably because it just wasn't likely to happen anyway.

As for how much, well take it slowly, and just see how you feel.

I had a panic attack my very first time smoking enough to feel it ... and you know, it just wasn't that bloody bad, honestly! I freaked out, yeah, but in the end I enjoyed the experience. And went back for more! And continue to.

Its simple. In my experience just:

1. Dont do it on your own untill you know the feeling of it cos you can freak out like you think your going mad.
2. If you think your going mad just remember it a grug and it wares off. Just sit chill and distract yourself.
3. Liten to music. I find music is an amazing thing when high you will see what I mean soon enough.
