i've been on some what of a sabatical... i havent tried to concentrate much at all for quite a while now... i think it's mostly due to my underactive thyroid, which i take medication for, against my better judgement..... but anyways, i've been trying to meditate more lately, and so far im thinking im seeing small results.


for example, i am remembering more dreams, and am waking up with a sense of having drempt while asleep, unlike before, when i stopped meditating, i dont think i dreamed at all... woke up with the feeling i had just laid down, instead of the feeling like something just happened...


we are on the right track, i need to meditate more, and i would always suggest it to anyone who is trying to reach enlightenment, projection, or work with any chakra.


i think i need to work on my throat chakra, see if i cant wean myself off the medication... with luck and hope, and probably a lot of yoga lol
