I am wondering about this because on friday, I must have done at least 10-12 shotgun hits (<Bong) and 1 or 2 really small bowls and one jay. I smoked KB and Mid-Green (which is f***** disgusting never again), I got the biggest headache out of Mid-Green. Anyways, the next day (Saterday) before I went to bed I took "One a Day Mens" and before this 2 bottles of Coco Ensure. The liver and kidneys exist to process chemicals and expunge waste. Whatever vitamins/amino acids/whatever that you take in order to detox can only aid the liver and kidneys in doing their job, so the best detox will always be TIME.
