Ok, a week ago on Monday i harvested my 5 and a half inch Lowryder.

I got 10.7 grams dried from it, which is spectacular... I mean, from a 5 inch plant its a grea yeild lol.

Well, i was gunner post pics of the harvest, but i was banned so i didnt bother.

Well anyway, i dried it out for about 5 days, and i started to cure it, but a day later, it didnt smell planty, so i decided fuck it, and i smoked almost all of it.

My mate Chris was round at the time, and he dont smoke, but he grows with me. Anyway, i have a cold atm first cold in years, so i said how does it smell, and he said very strong, with a bit of mud... I said, wow, thats what it says on the Joint Doctors site, undertones of earth...

Well anyway, i got VERY stoned...

And today i was looking around my grow room just putting a few pots down ready for when i grow my Indian Skunks and i found a very dry, stinking little LR bud, covered in trichomes. So i just rolled a joint and im gunner smoke it right now.

Lowryder is a great strain, and although its rumoured to have a rather small THC content, its very strong. Dont let the small yeilds put you off.


Now i was impatient, and i pulled my LR about a week early, but i dont think it made any differnce, i mean, it says 8 weeks, but the trichomes were already changing, so i left them to go 50 % amber, because i like a good body stone.

all in all it was a very enjoyable plant to grow, and i cant wait to grow the 3 seeds i got left.

Thankyou Tom, because without you, i wouldnt have got the seeds and i wouldnt be about to get high now lol.

Also, i got some purple bud today, its very crystally, but it smells very piney, quite nice actually. I'll be smoking that soon. Shame i duno what strain it is.

That week makes a huge differnce.
I still don't see the appeal of Indoor Lowryder?

I know, the last week or 2 is when the THC really starts to form, but in the end, it didnt matter.

I dunno, its just such an amazing strain, i had to grow it. I normally grow the normal kinds, K2, NL and any skunk variation including skunk #1.

I normally flower at 1 foot and finsih about 2 - 2.5

But this was amaxing, i mean, i loved the way all i had to do was say good morning to it and give it water and nutes... It's just great to see it grow... and its so damn fast!

And i was flaming, but it turned out the kid i was flaming deserved it and he got banned for like a month.

Definatly, and cos i had my lights so close, it didnt strech a milimeter, so really, you can keep them very small, so its good for limited space.

Also its an obvious choise for sog

Told ya the LR was decent stuff!
You dont get great yields from it (compared to 'normal' strains) but for the size the yield cant be beaten. They are a VERY good plant for beginners... maybe too good though, as they require hardly any care. Still, its a good strain just to throw a few seeds out in the garden and come back 2 months later to find some quality bud. I actually like the taste of LR when it hasnt been cured, as its still got a little bit of a 'planty' taste, but Ive found that I love that. Just tastes more natural.

I know what ya mean, but i still cant belive my mate described the smell perfectly and he has no idea about the Joint Doctors site...

It's some seriously nice bud though, i mean, the little bud i found on the floor of my grow room got me really blazed, i was REALLY impressed.
