Just so you know the number of threads or posts that someone has will have nothing to do with becoming a MOD. Age does have a bit to do with it but that is not meant in a bad way. Alot of MODDING has to do with life experiances and being able to be non-judgemental. With that said I have seen a few of P.E.N posts etc and he does appear to be very mature for his age, infact I wish we had more ppl here of his age with his level of maturity.

The ADMIN and the MODS both have a role in deciding on the new MODS. Once the MODS find a person that would suit being a MOD we then let the ADMIN know so they can allow the person or not, so its kind of a team effort......:thumbsup:
