when it was running 1000w and 170 cfm (not connected to cool reflector), it was hitting 95-100 F. so i know i need to cool it down, and the heat is comming off the light. so is 465 cfm strong enough to SUCK, all that air out or do i need to BLOW that air out with the 465 cfm?

idk what you mean by central heat.
