Tho it is very easy to smoke/ drink your problems away. they are still there in the morning, and if you drank, you most likely have a headache along with the problems the next day. I dunno , its ok to chill n relax, but i believe everything should be done in moderation, other wise, you can get addicted. I like Valiums to chill out, but I have to stop for a few days, because i know if I dont I wont be able to cope without them, and that's not good
