Just becuase it has seeds in noo way means its shitty weed. I bought a half o recently of some very good bud from a grower I am friendly with, and although it had seeds, had it not it would have been considered some of the dankest bud I have seen. Smoked and tated incredibly well. In fact I can say that i enjoyed that bud almost more than i enjoy my normal smoke.

however it is rare to get seeds with good bud.
