Militant Christianity
I have been thinking. We all know that Bush's biggest supporters are the Christian Right and how Bush uses fundemental Christianity to hold sway over his followers.
Well, after the next staged "terrorist" attack and invasion of Iran and martial law...do you believe that the Christian fundementalists will become more militant in their supposed "faith"?? Do you think they will openly start killing liberals, gays, and Muslims out in the open in the name of Christ and have them thrown in the concentration camps? Thats what the Catholic Church and Knights Templar did!Pennsterdam Reviewed by Pennsterdam on . Militant Christianity I have been thinking. Will become? In the future? How about already have been. Look at the abortion clinic bombings and murders in the name of God. Look at hate crimes against gays in the name of biblical "rightness."
I have to hope the people who've done these atrocious things in the name of God and Christianity don't speak and act for the majority of Christians. At its heart, the religion ought to be about love and acceptance and an absence of judgment. I always find it fascinating how it often doesn't work that way, though.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

well, the Knights Templar were pretty much at War with Muslims during the Crusades, Knights Killing Muslims, Muslims killing knights, so I dont know where this falls into this argument.
As for Catholics, hey, I dont like them either, They think they are better than all other Christian Denominations, hell the main reason the Vatican is so rich is because they used to CHARGE people for communion, and to be "blessed and saved"
And as for the next staged attack...when was there a first staged terrorist attack?

Than after the communists...it was the Jews, liberals, and gays. History books often leave out that the Nazis killed more than Jews.
After 9/11, it was the Muslims who demonized and were "trying to take over the Homeland". After the Muslims, came the liberals and gays and "freaks". Why do you think Bush is trying so hard to ban gay marriage huh?? THINK!!!!
People are just ignorant and with any religion..you are going to have people taking it to a literal level. Thankfully there are more Muslims who will not "kill the infidel" because we do live in the 21st century than who will kill.

Oh and its right before elections too!!! I think sometimes the Illuminati Elite make things to obvious.
Surrendering your rights in the name of security is the oldest trick in the book!

You made me chuckle, Bong! Thanks for that. Needed to do that just now.
All I can do is speak for myself and say I don't hate Catholics. I love many of them deeply. And I've always found them to be less judgmental and emotional about religious matters than any of my acquaintance who are fundamentalist protestants. I've never once met a Catholic who felt he was somehow superior to other Christian denominations!\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
