lol i did something similar to that but on a small scale a couple in public areas and 6 in the court yard of my school

here's the shitter, it probably wouldn't be the cops doing it, more than likely it would be people who were ordered to community service... and you know there's bound to be a few in there that got community service for weed/drug related offenses...
