Yes, I can understand why teenagers are taking this type of drugs: it's easy to get, and the dosage is safer because you know what is inside a pill.

But the 'medicine mafia' mostly sells chemical depressants and uppers which are not very interesting as psychedelic drugs. It still seems very strange to me that everyone can take dangerous medicines easy and legally, and at the same time many people are in jail because they using or selling some innocent marihuana.
