Those different dealers can sell at different weights and prices if they want to but they'd be cheating them selves unless they sold an 8th for like more than $45. There is a standard set price and 1/8 being 3.5 grams and such IS the set weight, the prices vary from area to area but you go ahead and sell an "8th" that your customer weighs as 2.5 grams or something and you'll either be getting a complaint, cease in sells from that guy or an ass whippin .
