hmm u could buy some catnip and lol basicly just smell it, so you know the difference between the smell of catnip and weed. Theyre both skunky, kinda.
Smoke some of it, just once is all you need to know that unique catnip taste, its kinda minty.
just some ideas i had.

I have tons of catnip I grew it when I had a cat still, I've always wanted to throw a pinch of catnip in with some weed, I assumed it would just have a different flavor. I love the smell of catnip so it couldn't hurt.

you forgetting another crucial thing. catnip does not smell like weed and if you can see straight and look close if it is anything other than shake it doesnt look like weed.
