Just keep the catnip in a bag of weed for a week

You might wanna try drying out the catnip really well with dessicant and then putting it in with weed that is a little moist

It's not harmful, its just as harmful as weed. They'r all the same, dried plant matter. And if you make a spliff with the catnip, you can actually get a buzz. But not at all as strong as weed.

I guess you probably could. But when the person smokes it they will know it's not weed and not get the same high as they get with THC weed. And they will probably be really pissed.

Actually (unless he's a very experienced smoker) the smoke REALLY tastes and smells like weed. But you won't really get high so they'll know... But if the guy doesn't know much, and you don't like him much either... Go rip 'em off! haha
