Its black and chunky and reaks but he says it gets you higher since the thc is left in the water. I tried to explain to him that THC isnt very soluble in water so all the dirty bong water does is reak and make the hits taste worse. He told me i was wrong and im wondering if maybe I am since hes been smoking since he was 10 and ive only been toking for a few years. Rating: 5
