Do you guys ever twitch when you're high?

Can someone explain to me in detail what it is to "twitch"? Because when I get extremely high, I can feel spasms everywhere and it feels fantastic, but I don't actually physically move at all. Is twitching just moving a limb or something really fast over and over?

I have often been so high, my hands shake and my muscles will twitch, especially in my legs. I am in the medical/healthcare field, and I can assure you what that is, is your body relaxing. It has to do with synaptic gaps and nerve impulses.

Little twitches and jerks, arms and legs feel in the wrong place, all jumpy, slightly uneasy feeling in my stomach, slight confusion within my brain, dry throat, dry mouth, pounding heart...
