i have a test today too...but i smoke on a daily basis for the last 2 years...but you should be okay...esp if you take some precautions: drink a bunch of water, cranberry juice, gatorade; take some vitamins; sweat (sauna, workout, etc)

As small as you are you should be able to dilute with no problem. Water and Vitamin B2
