couple Q's on my first grow

ok, i have two plants, they are bag seed i geuss.
i am just experimenting and learning.
ok, they are about 3 weekes old.
planted 5/20/06, one has prolly 2 nodes. the other one has like 1 fully developed one and one developing one.
they are planted in a cheap hydro media.
the big one is in 100% vermiculite in a cup. with holes punched in bottom.
the other one is about 50/50 vermiculite perlight.
the 50/50 one has a preety long stem, it was windy today and it kind of bend , and the leaves turned towards the sun.
the stem is now shaped like this _/- that,, kinda lol

the other one, the fan leaves are drooping kinda, idk if its normal.
its doing good other than that thou.:thumbsup:


any body got some pics of a 3-4 week old seedling,




ps. what is the avg time when they go into vegatative state, from the seedling state?

a healthy 14 day old plant started from seed is ready for extreme vigerous growth.. the plant should produce a new node every 1-3 days...

droopy leaves are often caused from over watering... which is what I would guess...

ok, so do you think i should pull it outa they hydro solution a couple days?
i checked today and this is only happening with the 100% verm. one... mabye the perlight gives them the right amount of oxygen/dryness


what would stunt the plants growth?, could it be that i started them on nutes with in the first 3 days of sprouting? lol,or could it be that i moved them,(from one state toanother, about 50 miles) in the back of a truck?

you shoulda put them under a small 2ft 2 bulb flo,in a box.Build 1! You can hide that and run a drop cord what ever.Rabbit's love tender lil' plants! I know this,Thank's to them lil' gremlin's! I got a whole tray of 32 cuttings eatin' to the stem, while they were hardin' off. You can't ever be to careful as to get to harvest at anytime in your life. So...... I live by this theory.....

And one to Grow!

well, i got some pics, the first 2 are my 100% plants, like few days ago, then 3 is the perl on, i think idk thou cause i cant remember what pics they are. lol

lemme tell ya! Ya don't want the root's to get light! Try to transplant into a light proof container.

what will happen if the roots get light?

i will just paint the container black or sumthin, i dont know about transplanting hydroponics stuff,do yall think it will just fall apart when i pull it out of container(when i pull out the medium)
