Hello. I am probably going to have to take a drug test in the future (most likely a urine test) and I had some questions about it.

I run three miles a day in intense heat. I drink 6 liters of water a day and sporadic glasses of fruit juices. I haven't had a cola in 32 months. I'm wondering, given my diet, how long I would have to abstain from smoking to pass a drug test. Would it help to increase my daily water intake to 8 liters? I'm young, early 20's, if that matters.

ok man im gonna have to give u a very accurate answer here
water doesnt help!
dont drink extra to pass a test
the only thing water can do is dillute ur urine
for this to work drink 8 glasses and pee at least twice before your test and you will be fine
that or u can not smoke for a month
