I have already posted two threads on my vaporizer but i have a question..i miade it out of a lghtbulb..and in the video i watched you are supposed to put salt in it to get the staining of the glass or soemthing..but it isnt seem to be working..when i put water in it it took off most of thw whitness but it is still a lilttle white..is this ok..if not how shoudl i fix it

Nah, its not okay. That white stuff is very not good for you. Just keep rinsing it out and if it doesn't become completely translucent like a piece of glass, I'd not do it. But, maybe thats just me, sorry man.

the salt didn't work? the salt always should work.. try it this time with warm salt water and then see if that works. DO NOT SMOKE WITH ANY WHITE LEFT IN THE BULB!

do i just do salt by it self..or with water..i am just gogin to make a new one..shoudl i just use salt to start and then if that doesnt work use warm salt water..do you think it is the type of bulb?

Ok well i made another one..but this one worked ok i guess..it isnt totally see threw..but like it is kinda blury when i look through it..is it supposed to be perfect see threw glass..IM not sure how to explain it..but most of the whiteness is gone..but it isnt totall y see threw..i can see my hand when i put it on thee other side but it is kinda blury.help me please!

they barely work. i had more fun breaking mine then i did using it. and y is the white stuff bad? wat is it?

The white stuff is either phosphors or paint, I can't recall which. Phosphors are REALLY bad, paint isn't as bad but you still wouldn't want to breathe fumes from burning paint. I just use a clear bulb to begin with. Also, vaporizers aren't great with most weed, but if you have the trichrome dust that collects at the bottom of the bag put that in your vape and use a rubber tube between the vape and a bubbler to cool and clean the smoke. Do it in one or two hits, you'll be fucked up as hell.

Lightbulb vapes always seemed silly to me. The benefits of vapes are health and efficiency. I can't imagine that a lightbulb vape is really that efficient, and the potential health risks of things in a lightbulb seem much worse than the (negligible, if any) risks of smoking.

This may be a dumb questions, as I don't know much about vaporizers... but can't you use a clear lightbulb?
