Okay, so we don't have anything to drink in my house but water and coffee and I wanted a cup of coffee, so I had one. One led to two, two led to three...all in all I had 6 cups of coffee in about a half hour, the burner had been off so it was hot at first and then lukewarm by the last cup.

That was 2 hours ago almost exactly that I finished my last cup, and I'm having some problems right now. I'm so hot, I'm sweating literally through my clothes but if I take anything off or turn on the fan, I get so cold! I get goosebumps and start shivering, and now my entire body feels wiry and jittery, my hands are shaking and I can feel my heartbeat still beating so fast. Its so uncomfortable, when I lay down or just sit still its like I can feel every nerve in my body just shaking uncontrollably. My stomach hurts so bad and I can't puke it up, and it feels like I haven't eaten in days but I had dinner before the coffee. Now its to the point where I don't even wanna stand up because my legs feel like rubber.

I don't have any herb but I need to find something or some way to calm down , to calm my nerves and my heart and my head down or I feel like I'm just gonna fling myself off my balcony. I can't lay down because it just feels like I'm standing on every part of my body, my entire body feels weak and jittery when I lay down. Anyone got any advice??
