Rooting with aeroponics question

i want to germ my seeds in rockwool and then place them in 5" baskets with hydroton rocks. Will the jet sprayers on my aeroponic system still mist the roots if the roots aren't coming through the basket yet (the roots are barely popping out of the rockwool)? How much root development should occur before i tranfer the seedlings into the baskets?

Once roots start coming out of rockwool good ,place them in the unit. The spayers will keep hydrotron wet and roots too. It will make them reach for the water. sounds like your ready.
