I would like to know more about this subject, lucid dreams, and how to make them happen. I think being able to do that might be therapeutic right now. I've been having dreams that I can't remember, but they've been bad ones, I know that. And I know my unconscious mind is working hard right now at processing the news that my sister no longer has very long. So I'm sure that explains the bad dreams. Anyway, anything someone can tell me or link me to would be greatly appreciated!
