first time trying salvia

i tried w/ a couple of my friends on his back porch, i took a couple big hits of 20x and i sat back in the chair and it felt like my back was part of the chair, and then i started laughing like uncontrollably, it felt like i was laughing forever (i talked to a frend after and he said it wasn't for very long) and my body felt like 2 demensional like a sheet of paper flapping up and down as i laughed, everything was really confusing, it felt like a dream, and like in dreams you konw how you just somehow "know" certain things are true even though when you wake up you realize they made no sense, but you dont know your dreaming so you just accept them as true, thats what it was like. when i was laughing my friends got up and went inside b/c they were paranoid about neighbors or something, and for some reason i thought they were like pissed at me cause i laugh to much, so then i tried to stop laughing and couldn't, after a while i stopped, and got up, could barely walk and stumbled inside, as it wore off i just felt shitty, headache, hot, anxioius, but then smoked a bowl and felt better. also, after i took my hits, i tried to ash the bowl but was really fucked up and a bit of the cherry fell on my sweatpants and burned a tiny hole, and like 3 minutes later i thought i had dreamed that and then checked for the hole again, it was still there lol. so yeah, really fucked up experience, i'd probably try it again, but its not really 'fun'. no euphoria like w/ shrooms or acid which i think its why it can be kind of scary or anxiety provoking

yeah it's not a fun thing to do lol
but once you make it to the other dimensions with it you will see that nothing compares
ya just gotta relax and realize you will be ok

The first time with Salvia is always the strangest and most awkward, it's hard to impossible to prepare for it. I intend on getting some more in the future, I hear it's got fantastic meditative capabilities.

Though I don't think I"ll be taking any trips to the "frontier" without some people around.

believe it or not, that can make it harder because during ego loss when your friends talk or if you look at them it will keep you in this reality.
but use a sitter untill you know how to relax and lay back and STAY.

that was after I learned how to navigate a little and go with the flow
