I hate it when people use a word in the exact opposite way that it's meant to be used. Technically, they are not the same thing. They are different. But for our purposes, they are pretty much the same. Like when people say something literally happened when it didn't. I believe using the term literally is supposed to emphasise the situation and create a sense of showing a further exageration of the situation, creating it into something more exciting. However you are technically right, the term is a manner of speaking.

Adam what was your purpose for posting on this thread? You did not answer the question on whether bottle water is better then tap. All you did was call someone a moron for using the word technically wrong. Does it make you happy inside to belittle someone on a pot smokers website about a grammatical error?
