Um...

A body...find something hollow and of suitable shape...

A bowl...find something the right size you can somehow attach to the body...

A screen...window screens (put them over a flame for a minute to burn off any crud first), faucet screens, tinfoil (I don't even want to explain, just know that it's not going to kill you!), wires...be creative.

Something to seal it all up...Plumber's epoxy works, make sure to let it dry, though, and that it's never under the flame.

Probably a drill or anything that can make holes in the body.

A nail file for smoothing rough shit out.

Otherwise, dude, improvise.

just look around your house to see what resembles a pipe or materials that can be used as a pipe and for the screen use the ones from the faucet or idk

Screw pipes, make a bong! Take a bic pen, a socket, and you could use the screen from a sink, or cut out part of your window screen. Then cut the tip and end of the pen off and put whatever you're using a filter over it, then put the socket on top of all of that, so that the socket is holding the filter on top of then pen, then tape it all together. Then all you need is a water bottle, pack a bowl on the socket, and make a slice in the bottle.

use an inhaler...it works great, the tube is the body and all you need is to poke some holes in aluminum paper and cover the top!
