The doctors always told me, it would take a week or two to really start to work (when taking antidepressant prescriptions) and then it was 3 or 4 pills a day..but take all 3 at once, with no tolerance, you might feel nice.
Tolerance is a factor with antidepressants too. of course, bad for your liver.
