Self Prescribing your self drugs for depression aint the best idea. Most people including me have done it but it is a very tempory solution and often makes it worse. You would be better off dealing with the source of the depression. Either by going to a doctor or doing stuff that makes you happy. Doing some exercise usually pulls me out of a bad mood. Sometimes a good ecstacy experience can do wonders for working things out in your head and help you become more positive but it does have risks as there usually is a bad comedown for a few days.
