There are lots of folks who believe the way Ganja does and don't like the current fashionable pharma antidepressants, and I'm sure he's right that in some cases missing dietary compounds are to blame. I've checked my B-vitamins and folates to make sure that's not the case with me. He's also right that there are people who respond to dietary changes, too.
