I have a lot of return jobs because of my job... and it sucks! I'm so lazy...!

Arrr. Those return calls are important. You have to force yourself. Once you do you will realize that it only took a few minutes and wonder why you were procrastinating. I do have a key note and I keep in my head for return phone calls.
